Jeremy Allen White Turns Up the Heat in Steamy Calvin Klein Campaign

Jeremy Allen White is cooking up something hot for the end of the summer.
Months after The Bear star debuted his internet-breaking Calvin Klein ad, he’s back in his briefs for the brand’s Fall 2024 underwear and denim campaign.
The Aug. 27 video—set to the song “Crimson and Clover” by The Shacks—captures a sunny day by the pool for Jeremy as he sips his coffee, rehearses his lines and plays with some pups. He takes a dip in the pool, where he’s sure to give some sultry gazes before pulling himself out of the water, fully dressed in black jeans and a denim jacket. The moment was complete with close-ups of his abs, biceps and face.
And it seems the heat was too much for the sundrenched Jeremy, who spent the day tanning on the grass, doing some crunches and taking a nap in the Americana-styled clip. After all, as he takes a sip of water, he also pours it all over himself.
Unlike his first collab, where the 33-year-old was only in his underwear, this was a little easier since, as he told GQ in an interview published Aug. 27, “I'm very much a jeans guy.”
While reflecting on his first campaign that launched in January, the Shameless alum admitted that he never imagined it to land so well.
“I felt so insecure leading up to the shoot itself, and it felt kind of crazy,” Jeremy—who shares kids Ezer, 5, and Dolores, 3, with ex Addison Timlin—recalled. “Acting on film or TV and then doing these sort of campaigns or photo shoots, there's such a big difference—because in film and TV, your job is to sort of forget the camera is there, and then with these sort of shoots, your partner is sort of the photographer and the camera. So I was concerned about making that work.”
However, he emphasized how special the campaign was, especially since he was in his hometown of New York City when the iconic billboard was unveiled.
“When they put the billboard up on Houston, I woke up early that morning and I went with a buddy of mine who brought his camera and took it in before the public took it in,” he explained to the outlet. “That felt really wonderful and intimate, and like an achievement. It was still just mine in a really nice way. And then everybody else saw it in the weeks to come.”
The public was a big fan of the advertisement, too. “For the most part people were excited about it, and that was cool and surprising,” he noted. “I mean, like so many things in my life right now, they're all very cool and surprising.”
Although he’s worked in the industry for years, it was The Bear’s debut that launched Jeremy into superstardom. And he credits the Emmy Award-winning series for giving him that power.
“I think the show reaches a different audience, and I’m lucky that I’m now getting into rooms with directors and writers that I really admire,” he told Esquire last May. “That happened a little bit with Shameless, but it's definitely happened more so since The Bear has come out. That's the biggest shift, and it’s kind of incredible.”
